We do not apply the right of withdrawal on food products with a best‑before date.

For products that are not food items, you always have a 14‑day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the product. A condition for using the right of withdrawal is that the packaging is unopened and in its original condition. If the product has been opened or is in a changed condition, you no longer have the right to withdraw.

When using the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Please email us if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you have placed an order with us and then emailed us to cancel the purchase, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it. Our warehouse team packs orders continuously, and our customer service department is separate and may not always see emails before the shipment is sent. However, if customer service sees the email to cancel the order before the shipment is sent, we will do everything we can to resolve it.
